I only accept returns and exchanges for stock items within 7 days. All items that are cut and sewn to order are not refundable or exchangable. The customer is responsible paying shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
If an exchange can not be made due to out of stock, you will receive a full refund (return costs excluded) after the item has arrived my office

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email me within 3 days of receiving your item and I will happily exchange the unwashed / unworn item for the same at no cost.
Once I’ve inspected your order, you’ll get your refund typically within 48 hours. It may take up to 3 -5 days for the refund to be fully processed.
