WHERE DO YOU SHIP + HOW FAST IS SHIPPING

We ship worldwide! All Orders are shipped from Monday – Friday during business hours 9am. – 5pm. Once we receive your order it will take 5 – 7 Business days to cut and sew your unique cheekyni. It will be dispatched from our office in Zurich, Switzerland with our local post service. For all International orders: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking info after item has dispatched. We want to keep the shipping costs at lowest price for you, that’s why we decided to use simple packaging with no fancy packaging boxes.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT WAS PLACED

Once an order is placed and dispatched from our office and in the hand of the local post service, we can not cancel or refund the order. If you need to make a change in your order, please email us right away and we will do our best to make the applicable changes prior to it being mailed out but we can not promise a change will be made if the order has been processed. We can not redirect orders once dispatched.

If a parcel is sent back to us for invalid address, customer is responsible for paying shipping to resend. Any customer refusing to repay postage due to an invalid address, will forfeit their order.

IS THERE CUSTOMS/VAAT/DUTY FEES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Certain countries may be charged with customs taxes/duties. We have no control over this and we are not responsible for any taxes that may occur, as duty, VAAT and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. Select countries will keep the parcel at your local post office for pickup (even when marked delivered) due to any fees that need to be paid. The amount can vary by country, if at all applied. We recommend checking with your postal service to see if this applies to your country.

I RECIEVED A DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM

If we accidentally packed the wrong item and you did not get what you ordered, please shoot us and email as soons as you open the package to hello@cheekyniswim.com and we will of course make sure you get the correct one!

CHEEKYNI SWIM is not held responsible for regular wear and tear, be sure to contact us whithin 24 hours of receicing your package if there was an issue with it.
